  • To Report a lost or stolen ATM or debit card please call 1-866-546-8273. This line is available for cardholders 24 hours a day seven days a week. If you are traveling internationally, please contact the bank at 843-815-7111 to ensure your card will work while you are out of the country.
  • If you receive a phone call from someone saying they are calling on behalf of our bank in reference to recent activity on your debit card. Please call them back at 888-685-2265. Debit card fraud is on the rise and we have contracted a third party vendor to monitor debit card activity in order to protect our clients from potential fraud. The company will not ask you for your card number, they simply want to confirm that the recent activity on your card is legitimate and not fraudulent. If you don't call them back, your card will be frozen until the bank opens. At that time a bank employee can change the status of your card.
