
- Robert P. Trask - President / Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Trask is our President & Chief Executive Officer. He is a native of Beaufort and has lived in southern Beaufort County since 1989. His 19 years of commercial bank experience are concentrated in the coastal communities of Charleston, Beaufort, Hilton Head Island and Bluffton, South Carolina and Savannah, Georgia. He earned a bachelors degree in financial management from Clemson University and a masters degree in business administration from the University of South Carolina. Mr. Trask is a trustee for both the Community Foundation of the Lowcountry, Inc. and Technical College of the Lowcountry Foundation, Inc. Mr. Trask also serves as Group I Director of the South Carolina Bankers Association's Community Bankers Council. Most recently, Mr. Trask was appointed as a fellow of the Liberty Fellowship Class of 2009.
- Michelle M. Pennell - Chief Financial Officer

Michelle is our chief financial officer and executive vice president. Ms. Pennell has been a resident of the low country for over 16 years. She earned her bachelor of business administration degree in finance from James Madison University in Virginia, graduating magna cum laude. She joined the bank in January 2006 and was promoted to her current position in May 2006. She served as Vice President and Treasurer of Atlantic Savings Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wachovia Corporation, on Hilton Head Island for over seven years, from 1991-1998. In addition, she has substanstial experience in many levels of accounting and finance across the hotel/restaurant, retail and non-profit sectors. Ms. Pennell has participated in a variety of leadership positions in community organizations over the years.
- Todd D. Hoke - Chief Credit Officer

Todd is our chief credit officer and executive vice president. He has been a resident of the low country since 1996. Mr. Hoke joined the bank in September 2005 during its formation phase. He earned his bachelor of science degree in business administration from Bowling Green University in Bowling Green, Ohio. Mr. Hoke’s 13 years of commercial lending and relationship banking experience has been concentrated in Southern Beaufort and Jasper Counties. He has prior management, loan operations and lending experience. He is a graduate of the Risk Management Associations Advanced Commercial Lending School. Mr. Hoke is past president and treasurer of the Bluffton/Okatie Kiwanis Club, and is a graduate of the Hilton Head Island / Bluffton Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program.
- Karen B Sprague - Chief Operations Officer

Karen is our chief operations officer and executive vice president. Ms. Sprague has been a resident of the low country area since 1993. Ms. Sprague joined the bank in September 2005 during its formation phase. Prior to that, she served as Branch Manager for two local banks on Hilton Head Island. Ms. Sprague earned her bachelor of arts degree in sociology from The College of Wooster in Ohio. She is past President and current member of the Zonta Club of Hilton Head Island. She currently serves on the Hilton Head Island/Bluffton Chamber of Commerce Junior Leadership Board of Trustees and the South Carolina Bankers Association Disaster Recovery Committee. Ms. Sprague is also a graduate of Hilton Head Island/Bluffton Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program.
- Christine Matthews - Mortgage Banker

Christine is our Mortgage Banker. She returned in 2006 after leaving in 2000. She has been working in the mortgage industry since 2001. She has prior experience in working as Mortgage Systems Administrator, Mortgage Loan Processor and a Mortgage Loan Originator. Overall, Chris has been in the banking arena 20+ years.
- Wendy Yeager - Vice President, Business Banker

Wendy is our Vice President and Commercial Banker. She has lived in Bluffton for 30 + years, and has been in banking since 1990. Her banking career has included experience in mortgage origination, consumer lending, branch management, multiple-branch management, and retail and business banking. She is involved in the Bluffton Hardeeville Business Council and is a past graduate of the Hilton Head Island / Bluffton Chamber of Commerce Leadership program.
- Grant Dybdahl - Assistant Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer

Grant is our Assistant Vice President and Commercial Loan officer. He has been in commercial banking since 2002. He brings his friendly personality and banking knowledge to ACB. Grant earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Grant is a member of the Rotary Club of Hilton Head Island and the Hilton Head Island Hospitality Assocation.
- Gwynn Baker - Banking Officer, Commercial Loan Officer

Gwynn is our Banking Officer and Commercial Loan Officer. She is a Low Country resident. She was born and raised in Estill, South Carolina and spent her summers vacationing in Bluffton. She graduated from The College of Charleston where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Gwynn is a member of the Rotary Club in Bluffton.
- Becky Conn - Assistant Vice President, District Branch Manager

Becky is our Assisant Vice President and District Branch Manager. She has been a Bluffton resident since 2000 and has worked in the banking industry since 2002. Becky is a graduate of Penn State University. She brings an exstensive knowledge of retail banking and consumer lending to ACB. She is currently a member of the Zonta Club of Bluffton.
- Jenis Girolamo - Community Banking Specialist

Jenis is the Community Banking Specialist at the Sheridan Park Branch in Bluffton. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Business and has been in banking since 1999.
Jenis moved to the Lowcountry in 2002. She volunteers her time at the Bluffton Elementary School.

Judy is a teller at the Sheridan Park Branch in Bluffton. She relocated to the Bluffton area from Rhode Island in 2005. Prior to joining ACB Judy was a teller with a long standing credit union in Rhode Island.

Maggie is a teller at our Sheridan Park Branch in Bluffton. She comes to the Lowcountry from York, PA.
She has a Bachelor Degree in Interior Design and has most recently worked as a Design Assistant at Kitchen and Bath Design Center on Hilton Head Island.

Marisa Hermanovich is a teller at the Sheridan Park Branch in Bluffton. She moved to the Lowcountry from Avalon, NJ in March of 2008. Marisa has previous banking experience with Bank of America in FL. and Sun National Bank in NJ. She earned a bachelor of arts degree from Villanova University in 2003.

Sheri is the Branch Manager of the Hilton Head Island location. She moved to the Lowcountry in 2000 from Seattle, Washington. She has been in banking since 2001. Sheri bring prior knowledge in management, consumer lending and relationship banking to ACB. Sheri is a member of the Hilton Head Island Hospitality Association.

Jean is our Marketing and Sales Manager. She has been a resident of Hilton Head Island since 1992. She moved here from Atlanta, GA having come by way of Woodbury, CT. Jean brings prior sales and marketing experience having had a career in education, owned and operated a computer training center, experience in Real Estate and Mortgage industries and owned her own business for 8 years. She is currently serving on the District Board for Zonta International, a worldwide service organization, she is also active in the local Zonta Club and is a graduate of Leadership Hilton Head Island / Bluffton.

Darren is our Information Technology and Security Manager. He has been working in the Information Technology field since 2000. Relocating from Long Island, NY, he has been an active member of Bluffton working closely in the Medical Industry, Commercial Industry and Non-profit Organizations.

Judy brings a wealth of knowledge to our ACB team gained from 37 years of prior community banking experience.
